Whether you need to exchange your watch or simply return it for any reason, we make it easy and straightforward. When you receive your timepiece, if you find it isn't the perfect match, simply follow our easy return steps, and we will be glad to help. We offer a 7 day guarantee. After you have received your watch, you have time to try it on, make sure it fits, and that you are happy with your purchase. If you decide that you have an issue with your new watch and cannot keep it for whatever reason, you must message us from the contact form tab and send us a request for return and a reason for returning within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If you are returning, please note that you must have everything original that we sent to you including the box, papers, plastic that went on the face and band of the watch, and anything else that you received. The watch must be in new and working order, with no issues, scratches, or otherwise changes from its original state, as we send them new and without issues. Each and every watch is inspected before it is sent, therefore we ask that they all return with no issues. If we determine there are new issues, scratches, or otherwise the watch is not in new retail condition, your watch will be sent back to you and your request for a return and refund will be denied. Shipping back to us is solely on you as the purchaser of the watch. If we receive your watch and you have been denied a refund due to issues upon our inspection, the shipping back you is also your responsibility. We will hold a returned/denied watch for 14 days. If there is no contact or you have not paid the shipping back to yourself, we reserve the right to discard the watch or refurbish and resell without notice. 

If any issues shall arise within 3 years after your purchase and there are issues that need to be fixed, please refer to the warranty tab to read the info on your 3 year warranty that is included with each and every NEW watch. EVERY NEW WATCH RECEIVES A 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. PLEASE REVIEW THE WARRANTY TAB.
